THE GROUP INC. PRESENTS 2006 FORECAST TO COMMUNITY

Dr. David Lereah, Chief Economist of the National Association of Realtors, addressed an audience of approximately 2500 customers and friends The Group, Inc. Real Estate on Monday, January 30. He provided his view of the future for the national and regional housing market.The Group, Inc. reviewed what happened in 2005 and made its predictions for the Northern Colorado real estate market in 2006 at the event that was held at the Budweiser Events Center.

2005 highlights included:

• Record Residential $ Volume (10,731 homes sold with an average price of $235,429)Record New Home SalesRecord Commercial/Industrial Construction/Sales/Leasing
• Record Employment (265,290)

In 2005, the predictions formulated by the Partners at The Group, Inc. were 98% accurate.
